Tanya Pretorius is an Occupational Therapist with over a decade of experience supporting clients through life’s transitions. Her practice in Plettenberg Bay and Knysna focuses on rehabilitative care that bridges the gap between hospital, home and work; helping individuals regain confidence, independence, and a sense of normality.
The practice provides comprehensive assessments and tailored interventions across a range of settings and is guided by a commitment to personalized recovery after any life altering event that disrupts a person’s ability to manage their everyday tasks.
At the heart of her work is a simple but powerful belief: people deserve to live their lives, not merely get through them. By addressing physical, cognitive, and emotional challenges, she helps clients return to the meaningful activities that shape their identity, purpose, and daily rhythm.
